1. Service Overview

Zam Zam Umrah Taxi provides reliable transportation services for Umrah pilgrims and travelers within Saudi Arabia. Our services include airport transfers, city-to-city travel, and customized transportation for Umrah and Ziyarat.

2. Booking Policy

Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or by calling our support team.
Please provide accurate travel details (pickup location, drop-off point, date, and passenger count).
A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is successfully received and approved.

3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made online or in cash to the driver at the time of service.
Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of standard taxes where applicable.
Any additional stops or route changes may result in a revised fare.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before pickup time are free of charge.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 3–5 business days using the original payment method.

5. Responsibilities of Passengers

Passengers must ensure that all travel documents and belongings are kept safely.
The company is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items inside the vehicle.
Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.

6. Responsibilities of Zam Zam Umrah Taxi

We strive to ensure punctual, safe, and comfortable travel experiences.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances (traffic delays, weather, or mechanical issues), we will inform the customer promptly and arrange alternatives whenever possible.

7. Driver Conduct

All our drivers are licensed, trained, and verified professionals. Passengers are expected to treat drivers respectfully. Any inappropriate behavior may result in service refusal.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zam Zam Umrah Taxi shall not be held liable for:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen road conditions.
Loss or damage to personal belongings during travel.
Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
