Guide for Moroccan Pilgrims

Umrah Visa from Morocco

Moroccan citizens are not on Saudi Arabia’s tourist eVisa list, so most travel on an Umrah visa arranged through an approved Umrah agency, together with their hotel booking. Check the latest rules before you book. Your private transport with us can be booked at any time before you fly.

Flights from Casablanca

Royal Air Maroc and Saudia fly non-stop from Casablanca to Jeddah, and flynas flies there several times a week. Royal Air Maroc also flies non-stop to Madinah. The flight takes about 6 hours. Morocco is 2 hours behind Saudi Arabia, and 3 hours behind during Ramadan, when Morocco moves its clocks back.

Madinah First, Then Badr and Makkah

Landing in Madinah gives you time for the Prophet’s Mosque and the Ziyarat sites first. Our Badar Ziyarat is a 5–6 hour return trip from Madinah to the site of the Battle of Badr. When you travel on, our Madinah to Makkah taxi always stops at the miqat at Abyar Ali (Dhul Hulayfah) for 30–40 minutes so you can enter ihram.

Arabic on WhatsApp

Our team replies on WhatsApp in Arabic and English, and our drivers speak Arabic. You can arrange everything in Arabic: the pickup time, an extra stop or a change of plan. Pay cash in Saudi riyals or online, usually after the ride.
