I started Zam Zam Umrah Taxi in Makkah in 2015. Over the years I saw so many pilgrims arrive tired after long journeys, not knowing who to trust for a ride or what they would be charged. I wanted to build a private Umrah transport company in Saudi Arabia where every family is met on time, pays a fair fixed price, and is treated with the respect a guest of Allah deserves.
Alhamdulillah, I still lead our team personally from our base in Makkah. Every driver and every member of our booking team carries the same promise I made when I started: to serve each pilgrim with honesty, patience and care, as we would want our own families to be served.

Every driver drives one of our own Umrah taxi vehicles, from a 4-seat Camry to a 49-seat bus.

Our Umrah taxi drivers have between 2 and 8 years of experience driving pilgrims between Jeddah Airport, Makkah and Madinah, and know every hotel entrance around the Haram and every miqat stop.
Yes. Every driver holds a valid Saudi driving licence and drives a Nusuk-registered vehicle.
Ask our booking team when you book. Where the schedule allows, we keep the same driver for all your transfers.
Yes. Drivers load and unload your bags and drop you at the hotel entrance.
Before pickup we send the driver's name, car and number, and he sends a short WhatsApp video showing where he is waiting. He waits 40–60 minutes after landing.
